Purchases and Payment

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and PayPal payments. If you are having difficulties in checking out, please contact info@helloparry.com for further assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

It is really important to us that you love your purchase from HELLO PARRY and we understand that mistakes can be made when you are not able to try on garments before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges or return for a store credit note, which can be used on any item in store. 

Please note that we do not accept any returns on jewellery, accessories or sale items. 

Conditions of Exchanges and Returns:

  • Returns within Australia – Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt by customer;
  • Returns outside Australia – Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt by customer;
  • Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and unperfumed;
  • HELLO PARRY reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 
  • We do not accept returns on jewellery, accessories or sale items;
  • They must be a full price item, there is no return on sale items, this includes all promotion codes and sales. (eg, flash sales, sale collection and reduced items)
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the any exchanged/new item out to the customer;
  • Customer must include a note with the Order Name and Order Number with the returned item;
  • Prior to returning any item, customers are required to contact us at customercare@helloparry.com

We reserve the right to reject any items not returned in their original state or returned after the above specified number of days of customer’s receipt. These will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping is non-refundable except where an error is made by us.

Cancelling Your Order

If you place an order for the wrong item, you may cancel the order by contacting us at info@helloparry.com within 1 hour of placing the order. It is possible that the items may have been dispatched prior to us receiving your notification. If so, once you receive the item, send it back to us with a note explaining the situation together with evidence that the order had previously been cancelled.

Faulty Items 

At HELLO PARRY, we thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to our customers in order to ensure the highest quality is always maintained. If the item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at info@helloparry.com

Pre-Sales 

We do our best to ensure that anticipated delivery dates on pre-sale items are accurate. Please however note that delivery times on pre-sale items cannot be guaranteed and HELLO PARRY takes no responsibility in the event that pre-sale items are delayed. 

Please note that multiple item orders (including pre-sale item(s)) will only be dispatched once all items are available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) and are shipped within 48 hours of placement.

Shipping

HELLO PARRY ships worldwide using Australia Post. 

The time frames below are estimated only and will depend on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer if you live outside of the metropolitan area of major cities and during peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year. 

-- Australia --

We offer EXPRESS shipping Australia wide.Flat rate shipping  AUD 10 on Australian orders.We use Australia Post Express Airmail, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Airmail arrives within 1-2 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.

FREE SHIPPING within Australia for orders over $100.Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via Express Airmail. 

We use Australia Post express post with tracking. You will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number (check your spam folder), which you can use to track your order by clicking the following link http://auspost.com.au/track/

-- International --

We use Australia Post International Airmail for all international orders. 

Airmail Standard shipping: 7 – 12 business days, flat rate shipping cost $15AUD, Please note that standard shipping is selected as the default service on our website. Standard shipping does not come with tracking

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season.

 

We use Australia Post Pack and Track International Services(flat rate $18AUD) for the following countries:

*Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, UK, USA

We use Registered International Services (flat rate $18AUD) for all other countries, excluding Mexico and Colombia. Registered International offers tracking services for certain countries only.

All international orders shipped via Registered International Mail require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.

Express courier shipping (3 – 5 business days,excluding weekends) is not offered as a standard service, however can be requested by contacting us at info@helloparry.com after your order has been placed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. HELLO PARRY is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to HELLO PARRY due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
