The latest fashion trend on the runway and on the streets is anything silky. Think slips, satin camis, silk robes and bomber jackets. It's all about contrasting the lightweight silky materials with vintage jeans for a casual look or at night with some structured suit pants.

Expanding on the recent pyjama trend, silk robes are the next best thing this winter. According to Vogue UK, oyster-coloured silk looks more luxe and Givenchy schooled us in how to wear them. Opt for shorter cuffed sleeves and plunging necklines for a more sensual look and contrast a silk slip with a leather jacket to toughen up the look.
